Position Summary |
The UNM Bookstore is looking for a detailed and energetic Coordinator of Inventory Control for Customer Service. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the Customer Service at multiple locations and will be able to process all basic point of sale functions as well as specialty functions as needed. This position will communicate with customers and staff in person, on the phone, and via email in a timely and professional manner and will assist in the visual merchandising standards of the retail sales floor, including stocking and maintaining the inventory of multiple retail departments. This is a management position that oversees all aspects of student employees including hiring, scheduling, training, and allocation of work. This position will also assist with the online order fulfilment process at multiple locations and may work special events for the store. The successful candidate is responsible for opening and closing manager duties, and some evening and weekend work is required throughout the year. Minimum Qualifications |
High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
